Who can use our services?
You can. You just have to join – and it’s FREE!
Shopmobility is open to anyone, young or old, who feels that getting around the city centre is too difficult for them.
And once you are a member, all you have to do is phone our office, or you may like to pop in.
Nothing could be easier!
We are open seven days a week.
- Monday - Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm
- Thursday - 9:30am - 7:00pm
- Sundays & Bank Holidays 11:00am - 5:00pm
- Closed Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday

Your first visit...
On your first visit to Shopmobility we will need around 15 minutes of your time to register you with the service and to show you how to use our scooters. You must bring two forms of ID with you – preferably your Disability Benefit Book, Pension Book, Driving License, Medical Card or very recent Utility Bills.
